Effective Monday April 6 Deposit Control Systems will begin operations with some modifications in recognition of CDC, Federal and New York State guidelines and directives.
Product Orders
Our salespeople will contact customers by phone on a regular schedule, in most cases, on the day they would normally visit your business in-person.
At any time you may also contact your salesperson by phone or email to place an order. If you’re not sure who your salesmen is:
• Send an email to info@dcsbg.com
• Provide name of your business
• Location of your business (so we may direct your inquiry to the salesperson that covers your area)
• Your name
• Your phone number
We are also working to provide an online ordering portal in the very near future. Your salesperson will provide details as soon as the portal is available.
Order Processing and Product Delivery
Our warehouse personnel are following all applicable CDC guidelines including social distancing and use of gloves when processing orders.
We will limit travel and contact and, based on the size of your order:
• Ship via UPS or another carrier
• Schedule delivery by your salesperson
In either case your salesperson will update you regularly on status and delivery of your order.
Online Ordering
We have established a secure, online ordering portal. If you would like to access the portal, send an email to gherbert@dcsbg.com and include:
• Name of your business
• Your name
• Your phone number
Additional Information
• Equipment repair – Contact your salesmen.
• Training – We have suspended onsite training. Online training is available for service advisors and technicians at bgprod.com. If you don’t have access to bgprod.com please contact your salesperson for login credentials and assistance.
• Incentive payments requiring sticker collection – To avoid contact, salespeople will not be collecting stickers used to calculate incentive payments until guidelines on social distancing are relaxed. If you have a question about incentive payments, please contact your salesperson.
